No complaints Ackerman Security Systems - Searching For

Immediate Returned Call!!! This evening when I tried to reset my alarm password I unknowingly set it for the panic code. I right away got a call from Karen Collins checking on me. I explained that I was trying to reset the code and she talked me by way of the method, not realizing I was changing it to the panic code. I then set my alarm and left house, again unknowingly setting off the panic code. Ms. Collins with Ackerman Security instantly called me again and talked with me until we figured out the difficulty. She asked me to call her when I returned house and she then helped me straighten it out, even having a technician call me to be certain it was okay. Ms. Collins went above and beyond and did it with kindness and patience and I wish to commend and thank her.
